We want you to love your Taylor Swift Official Store merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
